bright lights that are not sunshine

im pretty obsessed with yoga. it pretty much makes up the part of me who is calm and serene. (which, btw, is very useful when i go to banks here in dubai)and i only like to practise in hot rooms, like bikram yoga or certain power/flow yoga lessons. i read an article long time ago that there are places in new york where you can practise yoga naked on a roof top in the middle of the city. now THAT is something i would love to try. not because im a perve but the idea of stripping down to my organic self to be in tune with the universe spiritually is simply tempting.
i could be slightly influenced by this book i just read and there was one part (disgarding what i said before bt yoga) during the author's journey to an ashram in india and was told by a nun that'guilt is just your ego's way making you believe you have moral progress' well that made me laugh. and several other parts of story had me put down book and take a deep breath because there was just too much information to digest.

too much information to digest. hmph.
oh so familiar a sentence. becomes a completely different story when you have to tell that to someone.

hurry up new chapter.
